Just been having a play with my Blue shade nail varnish from the mysterious new makeup brand! This is a gloss finish varnish, but I used a mattifier on top & then dotted a clear varnish to form this cool pattern! I only used one coat as it was just a tester, but the pigment and opacity is fantastic for only one coat!
